Oscar's

Oscar’s is a small family owned Mexican food restaurant located in Abilene, TX that was in desperate need of a new look. For this rebrand, I designed a new logo, menu, and several other small textures and icons to give new life to all aspects of their restaurant. The new identity feels much more unified and professional than their previous branding, all while keeping a touch of its original "homey" feel. Finally, Oscar's looks as good as the food they serve!

THE LOGO

This logo perfectly embodies all aspects that Oscar's strives to bring their customers. The circle represents the "O" in the name Oscar's, a fresh tortilla, and a table to gather around. The pepper represents taste, spice, and flavor. The shape of Texas represents the mixing of cultures as well as the location of their wonderful restaurant. With all of these elements mashed together and some texture sprinkled in, this logo is a perfect fit for Oscar's!
